1. Introduction

1.1. Welcome to PageantS.ru social network (further referred to as “The Site”).

1.2. PageantS.ru comprises webpages published on the internet within the pageants.ru domain space and websites in other domains

1.3. By registering on The Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the current Terms and Conditions. PageantS.ru administration (further referred to as Administration) reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel these Terms without notice. The new version of the Terms will be published on the Site.

1.4. You can find the latest version of the Terms at any time at http://newpageants.ru/agreement. You understand and agree that by using the Site following any such changes you agree to the new version of the Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, please do not use the Site, and if you are a registered user, deactivate your account on the Site.

2. Initial Registration

2.1. In order to start using the site, you will need to provide some personal data, e.g. personal and contact information. You confirm that any information provided by you in the registration process is correct, accurate and up to date.

2.2. If you provide incorrect, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete information, the Administration has sufficient grounds to assume that the information provided by you is incorrect, incomplete, out of date or inaccurate. Administration has the right to suspend or cancel your account and refuse you access to the Site at present and in the future.

2.3. Upon completion of registration and approval of the account the User is granted the status of a Registered User. Registered Users (contestants, agencies, personas) are granted access to all Site services. Registered Users (internet users) are granted partial access to the Site services.

3. User account, password, security

3.1. When registering your account on the Site, you will obtain a password and a user account. You are fully responsible for keeping your account and password safe, as well as any actions related to the use of your account and/or password. You agree to notify the Administration immediately via support@pageants.ru email address about any unauthorised use of your password or user account and any breach of system security.

3.2. In the interest of security, the User is forbidden to:

- gather information about the Site Users via automated methods or in any other way;

- threaten, intimidate or be a nuisance to other Site Users;

- use automated scripts (programmes) to gather information published on The Site;

- load viruses or other malicious software;

- use the Site in any way that can prevent normal functioning of the Site or its services;

- make attempts of unauthorised access to the Site management controls;

- post or transmit through the Site or post via private messages any defamatory, threatening, obscene, harmful or pornographic material or material which would violate or infringe in any way upon the rights of others (including intellectual property rights, rights of confidentiality, or rights of privacy) or cause distress or inconvenience or which does not comply with all relevant laws. User must not express opinions that are vulgar, crude, sexist, racist or otherwise offensive. User must always treat other users with respect.

- post or otherwise make available on the Site or in the private messages any material which User does not own without the express permission of the owner of the material.

- post or otherwise make available on the Site pornographic materials or hyperlinks to external sites containing such materials;

- post on the site information, graphics or any other materials that harms or may harm the honour or reputation of a person or a business reputation.

- provide during registration or supply further on false personal data;

- register more than one user account;

- attempt in any way to obtain access to the account of another User against their will;

- publish on the Site photographs of third parties without their express permission, except where allowed by law;

- publish on the Site copies of intellectual property that the User does not own or has no exclusive or non-exclusive right to publish;

- publish on the site home addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, passport data or any other personal information of other Users or any third parties without their express permission;

- post on the Site and / or make available via personal messages without the express permission of the User any text communications, graphic images or any other materials containing commercial advertising, commercial offers, promotional materials except when expressly allowed by the Administration;

- post any information in breach of exclusive rights of Users or any third parties to objects of intellectual property and trademarks;

-  post any other information that can be deemed by the Administration as irrelevant to the Site goals and purposes, infringing on other Users’ interests or for any other reasons unsuitable for the Site;

3.3. You agree that you are fully responsible for any actions performed with your user account.

4. Data confidentiality

4.1. The Site administration guarantees that any information obtained from the User during registration on the Site is confidential and will not be shared. 

4.2. The Site Administration guarantees confidentiality of correspondence between Users via personal messaging.

4.3. The Site administration guarantees that the email address supplied by the User during registration will only be used for communication between Administration and User, sending the User messages they are subscribed to and will not be shared with third parties without the User’s express permission.

5. Exclusive rights to Content

5.1. The Site administration is not responsible for any materials (Content) published outside the domain space of PageantS.ru or *.PageantS.ru

5.2. Any objects published on the Site, including information, data, texts, programmes, music, sounds, photographs, graphics, video materials, messages and other materials (further referred to as Content) posted for public use or sent via personal means are subject to the right of exclusive property of the Site and other right holders, all rights reserved.

5.3. By publishing your Content on the Site, You grant other users non-exclusive right to its use by way of viewing, playing (including copying), processing (including making hard copies), other rights - exclusively as a part of personal non-commercial use, except for the cases where such use violates or may violate protected rights.

5.4. Except for the cases described in these Terms, and in the current legislation of the Russian Federation, no Content can be copied (played), processed, distributed, rendered in a frame, published, downloaded, transmitted, sold or in any other way used in full or in part, without the express permission or the right holder, except the cases where the right holder has granted an express permission to the free use of the materials by a third party.

5.5. The use of Content, that you have been given access to only for your personal non-commercial use, is only allowed under the condition of keeping all copyrights or any other notice of authorship intact, keeping the author name intact, preserving the content in its original unaltered state.

5.6. Except for your own Content, you are not allowed to post or make in any way available the Content of other sites, databases and other objects of exclusive rights unless you have an express permission of the right holder to do so.

5.7. Any use of Content, except for the one allowed under these Terms or in case of a written permission of a right holder, is strictly forbidden without a written permission from a right holder.

5.8. In case of a grounded complaint from a right holder claiming violation of their protected rights, Administration reserves the right to take measures against the User described in p.2.2 of these Terms.

5.9. Unless otherwise stated in these Terms, nothing in the these Terms can be considered as a transfer of exclusive rights.

6. User and Site Administration rights and obligations

6.1. The User has the right to:

- publish on the Site information about themselves, their photographs, assess and comment on photographs of other Users, create new communities or join existing ones, use other services of the Site.

6.1.2. The User will refrain from actions listed in p.3.2 of these Terms.

6.2. The Site Administration has the right to: 

- host a User domain or provide any additional service 

- provide to the User the *.pageants.ru domain and any additional service

Carry out the management of the Site,

-  define the Site services, its structure and appearance,

-  allow or restrict access to the Site,

-  make use of any other rights it owns,

-  moderate messages, photographs or any other materials posted by Users on the Site;

-  temporarily suspend or block indefinitely User’s access to the Site or its services, in case of violation of the Site Terms by the User. In case of repeated or gross violation - delete the User account.

-  independently, without notice to Users, take decisions about advertising on the Site and participation in partnership programmes;

-  edit material posted by User in a blog, when such material is to be published in any section of the main page of the Site.

6.3. Administration will not participate in review or settlement of any arguments or conflict situations that may arise between Users, but reserves the right to block the User’s access to the Site in case grounded complaints are received from other Users with proof of a User’s misbehaviour on the Site.

7. User and Site Administration Responsibility 

7.1.  The User is personally responsible for any Content they make publicly available by way of posting on the Site, as well as any other information made available to other users by way of sending personal messages.

7.2. Content posted by users will not always be reviewed by the Site Administration prior to publishing.

7.3. The Site Administration provides no guarantee, expressed explicitly or implied, with regards to any Content, its accuracy, relevancy or truthfulness.

7.4. As the Site is a resource open to public access and not subject to premoderation, the Site Administration holds no responsibility for any Content posted on the site or with its help by Users or third parties.

7.5. The Site Administration is not responsible for the conduct of users or third parties that use of view the Site, both online and offline.

7.6. The Site or its services may temporarily be unavailable, in full or in part, due to maintenance or any other works or other technical reasons. The Administration has the right to conduct the necessary maintenance or other works at any time, either with prior notice to Users or without.

7.7. The Site Administration holds no responsibility for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletion, defects, delays in processing or transfer of data, interruption of communication lines, theft, destruction or unauthorised use to the User content published on the Site or in any other place. The Site Administration, except for cases defined by law, will no be liable for any loss caused to Users by reasons related to technical issues in hardware or software, as well as loss arising from the actions of Users that are not a part of the normal use of information on the Internet, hardware or software.

7.8. The Site administration will not be liable for any damage to the computer of a User or any third party, their mobile device or any other hardware or software caused by or related to downloading materials from the Site or via hyperlinks published on the Site.

7.9. The Site Administration provides no guarantee that the Site or its Services may be suitable or non-suitable for any specific needs or purposes. The Site Administration cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from the use of Site and/ or its services.

7.10. The Site Administration reserves the right to change the look-and-feel of the Site, its Content, set of services, alter or modify its scripts, software and any other objects used by or stored on the Site, any server applications at any time with prior notice or without.

8. Advertising and Advertisers

8.1. The content, types and volumes of advertising published on the Site may change without notice to Users.

8.2. Participation of Users in advertising campaigns of Advertisers, whose information is published on the Site, including payments and delivery of corresponding products and services, as well as any other agreements, conditions, guarantees, claims or declarations related to such relationships, only concern the User and the advertiser.

8.3. The Site Administration is not liable for any loss, harm or damages caused to the User as a result of such relationships.

9. Links, third party websites and external content

9.1. The Site contains (or may contain) links to other websites (third party websites), as well as articles, photographs, illustrations, graphic images, music, sounds, video, information, applications, programmes and other Content.

9.2. The Site Administration is not responsible for availability of any such third party websites and does not provide approval to any advertising, products or any other Content available on such websites, or via using these websites.

9.3. The Site Administration is not liable for any losses or damages that may be caused to you as a result of having the opportunity to access such external sites or resources, or as a result of relying on the completeness, accuracy or presence of any advertising, product or any other materials on such sites, resources or by way of using such sites or resources.
